Part 2 - Steps To Happiness


Hey there everybody! This is the second part of the blogpost of Steps to happiness! Have you all read on the previous post named " Steps To Happiness"? Step.


Make enough to only suit basic needs:

Apparently in the states the magic number for them is $60 000, they only need that amount of money to make themselves comfortable with what they have. Remember my previous post on the people who strike lottery? there are not really that happy as well even after hitting such huge amount of money. Once you have made that amount of money any increase in amount would not allow you to be happy but however your increase in optimism will.

Step.


Every part of your body deserves the right to be happy:

Its only right that your body deserves to be happy, studies have also shown that exercise, early sleeps as well as eating healthy will boost your happiness and staying happy. 

 - As exercise will allow your brain to release endorphins, that will elevate our moods.

 - Eat right! Have a balance diet, have equal amount of meat, seeds and vegetables. Scientist have prove that too much of carbohydrate or sugar will cause brain shrinkage, causing in depression.

- Have enough sleep! As results have shown that having just a single more of sleep each week could boost effectiveness in people and therefore causing a positive mood!

Stay Closer to Family :

We live in a world too realistic that it make us more inhuman. Anywhere that has a higher pay even if its far away we do not mind heading there to work and all. But the truth is seeing your family members/friends will allow us to be much happier then we thought we would be. 

If you would really like to move away from your family, at least make the same amount of money as people around you, as studies has also shown that being financially stable will also increase in happiness (Highly Not Advisable).
