THE SCIENCE OF HUGGING

Today we are going to talk about the science of hugging, people do not know the shocking truth and that the truth is that hugging will increase one happiness through the research of scientific studies. Do you all think that hugging your family members, friends and lovers just normal? Do any of us think about the effects of hugging after you hug someone?

Here are the scientific facts about the science of hugging:

The main reason why hugging helps is that hugging will allow one to have oxytocin also known as the love drug to be flowed through you, this will also allow one to relieve stress and boost your positive emotions.

·        It lowers your blood pressure, especially helpful if you’re feeling anxious.
·        It lowers your cortisol (the stress hormone), enabling a higher quality of sleep.
·        It can increase your social connections and a sense of belonging.

From these facts we can understand that the science of hugging does not help only mentally but as well as physically. But then there is always a catch to it, what is considered as a good hug? The catch is that it is at least 20 seconds long!

Above all spend a little time and take a look at the video above, this guy just shows how lovely a hug can be!! And just see the reactions of the people that he is hugging, it just shows how happy are they to receive such hugs. But of course, seeing is only part and parcel of it, practise it, embrace it and hug as many people as possible, you may not need the positive effects of it but you may never know when someone might need it! So get off your couch and make somebody day today! #Behappy -Yw
